Résumé: Designing Education Ecosystems for the Future: The Role of Digital Technologies presents the outcomes of EDUsummIT 2025, held under the patronage of UNESCO at the DCU Institute of Education, Dublin. The eBook brings together the work of over 130 researchers, policymakers, and practitioners from 29 countries. The volume synthesizes research-informed insights from nine Thematic Working Groups, addressing key issues including digital leadership, artificial intelligence and data in education, technology-enabled inclusion, teachers’ professional digital competence, learner wellbeing, and digital citizenship. A central feature is the EDUsummIT 2025 Call to Action, which offers coordinated recommendations for practice, policy, and research, emphasizing ethical, equitable, and human-centered approaches to digital transformation. The eBook provides evidence-based guidance for designing sustainable and future-ready education ecosystems in a rapidly evolving digital context.
